A while back I kept a Google Doc called “How To Grow.”
Every time someone who knew what they were doing posted a tip, I added it. Be on Notes daily. Do lives. Start a podcast. Brand your images. Write only when you’re inspired. Write whether you’re inspired or not.
The doc got longer. I got slower.
I was overwhelmed and confused. On the live this week I shared the one idea that got me out of that.
If you’ve been posting for months and can’t tell whether you’re doing something wrong or just need to wait a bit longer, watch this one.
Stick the kettle on, give it twenty minutes.

PS. Paid subscribers, Monday’s drop is the Hook Lab. You give it a Note, it hands you back five different first lines. So you can pick the one that actually gets people to stop. If you’re struggling for readers this is the fix.
